Permission is granted to download one copy of the materials (information or software) on CashFlow's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials;
• use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
• attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on CashFlow's website;
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
• transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

3. User Data & Privacy

Our "Local First" architecture ensures that your financial data resides solely on your device. We do not transmit, store, or analyze your transaction history on our servers. You identify and acknowledge that you are solely responsible for backing up your data using the provided Export functionality.

We shall not be held liable for any data loss, corruption, or security breaches resulting from compromised user devices, malware, or failure to secure the device with biometric or PIN authentication.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CashFlow Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• any content obtained from the Service; and
• unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
